Last week my laptop stopped working.
Super inconvenient & stressful, not to mention the financial pressure of needing to replace it etc.
I took it to a local Camden IT shopfront, 2 hours later I received call, it couldn't be repaired..
Absolutely devastated, annoyed at myself for all the data lost & now using a borrowed laptop, I have struggled the last week to try and catch up.
Today, I ran into Pete & Lisa from Help2U in Camden. Whilst chatting, the deceased laptop was mentioned.
Pete offered to take a look and see if he could see what was wrong (Please note, the laptop had been picked up from the "other" IT place, with its hard drive handed over out of the laptop, I had planned to look for a place I could recycle or dispose of the laptop this weekend) so he left with it & I expected nothing tbh.
Well, less than an hour later, Pete was back..and my laptop was ALIVE! I tell you, the man is a Laptop whisperer.. he mentioned a loose wire, the reality is, he took the time, he found the problem, he fixed it!
So, the moral to this story.. not all IT services are equal!
(Yes, I visited the original service (cough) provider & shared my feedback, with my revived laptop in my hands..
I think the reality that this had caused me stress, & was about to cost me 2k to replace the laptop, was lost on this company, I will certainly not return or recommend them.)

My experience with Happy 2 Help was amazing!
My Surface Pro laptop slipped off the car in the rain and completely shattered its screen.
These legends gave me an amazing quote ($200-400 dollars cheaper then the other quotes I got elsewhere) and had it fixed for me in about 2hrs.
It looks amazing and works like new!

When I had laptop issues a couple of weeks back. Help2U were recommended to me. I called them and on the phone Lisa was so very helpful and explained absolutely everything to me. Nothing is a trouble to them. I dropped my laptop off ( all very strict and no -contact of course) and by the end of the day I had it back - fixed! I know everyone's issues may be different and as such different amounts of time and outcomes will result, but I cannot recommend them highly enough. Affordable, friendly and professional. Thank you Lisa and Peter so much. You are definitely my "go to" from now on.

Another day… Another offsite location!
While Peter is in the office, Lisa is out in Lumeah watching Aaron compete in Regional Athletics for 800m whilst George ran yesterday in his 4x100m relay.
George was milliseconds away from going to state (there are first option if a team can’t make it)

On the weekend, Peter and I went for a stroll in the elusive sunshine and found ourselves at the Eat Shop Love markets at the Civic Centre in Camden!
It was so nice to see so many smiling faces and people were genuinely happy to be out and about!
I don’t know about you (maybe it’s a mum thing) but the minute I see a young adult behind the stall selling items that they have made, they don’t have to do much more selling lol 😂 I’m in!!!
Easy prey I know but I truly love seeing young kids taking initiative and producing a passion piece! They don’t have to do it, THEY WANT TO! and it comes out in the end result!
So I ended up buying three pairs of earrings for me and my girls (so we could be matchy matchy) but truly I was just so impressed!
